Medicom Appoints New Leadership for North America Division

Gary Steinberg appointed as President and Bernie Yeung named Executive Vice President of Operations

Pointe-Claire, Quebec – October 5, 2022. Canada-based Medicom Group (“Medicom”), a world leader in the production and distribution of infection prevention and control solutions, announced that Gary Steinberg has been named President of its North American division and Bernie Yeung Executive Vice President of Operations.

After serving as President and CEO of Crosstex International for nearly 30 years, Gary joined Medicom amid the COVID-19 pandemic as a strategic advisor. He played a critical role in the company’s strategic focus on the global expansion of mask and respirator production, which resulted in the opening of six new personal protective equipment manufacturing facilities around the world. Gary is a graduate of the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.

Bernie joined Medicom in 2013 and has served in several leadership roles including Corporate Controller, Director Private Label, and Vice President positions in Sales Operations and Strategic Projects.
